I love autumn photography. This time of year, I search for places with the most spectacular colors.
Last year, I visited some well-known locations - check out this post to read more about them.
This year, I set out to find hidden gems and less touristy spots.
#1 Liblin - Havel's Rock Viewpoint, Libstejn Castle, and the Berounka River
We started our walk in Liblin, continuing along the Berounka River toward Libstejn Castle. There are plenty of options here: you can keep following the river, or head back to the other side towards Dolni Hradiste and visit the Borek waterfalls.
Havel's Rock viewpoint is another must-see. It's just a short walk along the road from the main route, and the breathtaking view is well worth it!
#2 Chateau Zinkovy near Nepomuk
Chateau Zinkovy is a recently renovated chateau near Nepomuk, situated by a picturesque lake. It's a forgotten gem with very few visitors, making it an ideal destination for a peaceful and quiet day.
#3 Großer Arbersee in Bavarian Forest
Großer Arbersee is a beautiful lake located near the German border in the Bavarian Forest. The path around the lake is well-maintained, and if you're feeling adventurous, you can hike to the mountain peak, Großer Arber, for some stunning views.

Let's see what interesting places I'll discover for Part 3!
