Last winter, me and my friend stayed in Liberec to explore the Jizera mountains along with Jested.
Jizera mountains are located on the border between Czechia and Poland.

Despite slippery trails covered in ice, we went on a hike to Bedrichov reservoir. The forest was cloudy, misty, and magical.

The best part of the hike was that we did not meet a single soul in the mountains.

From Liberec, we also took a quick hike to Jested, 1,012 m in elevation.
I was left in awe that you can just hop on a tram and in a couple of minutes be starting a hike to a mountain with a view as far as Poland or Germany. Or that you can take a car, leave it just under the peak and in 15-20 minutes, you can be right up the hill. I wish I had mountains this close home!

Hope you enjoyed and until next, bye ♡
